About This Role

A transformative Programme Manager is sought after to lead the development of impactful training programmes that combine creativity, strategy, and performance-driven results. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with industry experts, craft engaging content, and ensure every programme meets the mark for both learners and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their goals, identify skills gaps, and profile learners for maximum relevance.
  • Design curriculum frameworks and learning pathways that spark engagement and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Develop modular content across digital, blended, and face-to-face formats, from interactive case studies to practical role-plays.
  • Collaborate closely with facilitators, consultants, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, impactful, and tailored to each industry.
  • Adapt global or existing materials to suit local markets such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Continuously improve programmes by analysing feedback, piloting new approaches, and keeping up with the latest learning technologies and trends.
  • Contribute to winning client proposals by providing learning strategy insights and creative content samples.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).
  • Minimally 4-5 years' experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and planning.
  • Strong command of adult learning principles and performance-based instructional design.
  • A track record of creating engaging programmes in areas like leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable, and memorable learning experiences.
