Course Administrator Job

The Academy is seeking an individual who can play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of architects and supporting professionals throughout their careers.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of their work. They should be forward-thinking, able to anticipate long-term challenges and opportunities within curriculum and course administration.

  • Administer courses for learning and development, ensuring smooth operation and efficient delivery of educational programs to meet learning outcomes, objectives, and standards.
  • Execute administrative tasks associated with running courses, including day-to-day issues and course queries, enrolment, communication, scheduling, material preparation, record keeping, pre- and post-course evaluations.
  • Facilitate and provide logistical support for ongoing and new courses, events, seminars, and programs.
  • Support ongoing curriculum development and implementation of various formats ranging from in-person, online, hybrid, and blended learning options.
  • Contribute to curriculum development by supporting various stakeholders, including architects, consultants, subject matter experts, and educational designers, to evaluate and create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in digital production of course content from lesson plans and development of instructional material as micro-learning which are modular and stackable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong visual communication and graphic presentation software skills. A working knowledge of learning management systems (WizLearn, Canvas), and competent ability to present, facilitate, and administer online learning are also essential. Proficient individuals will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively without compromising quality. The team player should be curious, resourceful, and skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving to meet challenges related to working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
