Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to design and develop engaging eLearning content that drives effective learning outcomes.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and experience in developing interactive courseware.
  • They will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and visually appealing storyboards, as well as designing and developing instructional materials, manuals, and learning resources.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Design and develop eLearning content that incorporates various media types, such as video, animation, and instructional technologies.
  • Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments, and examinations that measure learner performance and knowledge gain.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, including level of interactivity, objective, timeline, and other relevant factors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications in Education or Instructional Design are advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of authoring tools, usability testing methods, and course evaluation methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
