**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime
- Plan and develop the safe lifting operation procedures for all lifting activities at work site and conduct audit for the lifting devices.
- Oversee the rigger, the overhead crane operator's job scopes and at the same time ensure the safety of the employees.
- Prepares and implements of lifting plans.
- Conducts daily implementation and audit for all lifting devices.
- Maintain supervisory attendance at Tool Box talk and pre start meetings
- Complete assigned projects in compliance with client expectations, company objectives, and all contractual documentation.

**PERMIT APPLICANT**
- The Permit acceptor must successfully complete OPE work permit training and certified in Exxon Mobil (e.g Cat 1,Cat 2,Cat 3)
- Ensure the scope of work specified in the permit is consistent with the work to be done
- Review and agree with the special condition & additional requirements mitigations in place Participate in the joint job site visit
- Communicate to his work crew about the “ Hazard communication” done by the permit issuer during JJSV (joint job site visit)
- Ensure the field copy of the work permit is available at the job site
- When job within the energy isolation envelop is completed, sign off section A in the EIC list to indicate no further work will be carried out within the envelop
- Maintain good relation and communication with the operation team as well our team
- Submission and receiving of permit must be on time (Be punctual)
- Attend the permit coordination meeting and cascade the messages to all the related persons
- Key in the permit description and send it to client ( Depends on project requirement)
- Maintain lock and tags with clear identifications with lock box
- Documents need to be maintain properly
- If any confined space works all the related Documents such as ventilation plan,Rescue plan need to communicate with engineers and get it done and attach with permit as well need to keep the documents well.

**GOALS**
- Ensure permit receive on time and pass to site supervisor. As well close permit on time daily
