**Responsibilities**
- Tap on HR data to perform data analytics in development of charts and analysis
- Design HR dashboards / reports and develop HR deliverables to enable more data driven decision
- Cleanse HR data from multiple sources and verify the data integrity for analysis
- Analyze trends and develop assumptions in HR related projects
- Manage client HRIS issues and queries with support of external vendor
- Project management include proposal development, schedule planning, meeting arrangement, data analysis, content development and payment invoicing
- Proficient in data visualization and able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders needs
- Research on HR analytics and trends
- Handle ad-hoc HR assignment as required

**Requirements**:

- Preferably degree in quantitative science (Computer Science/ Statistics / Mathematics)
- Deep expertise in MS PowerPoint functions and MS Excel in write advanced formula and charts development
- Enthusiastic and strong learning ability to research new HR analytics and trends
- Detail oriented with well-developed administrative and organisation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make hypothesis and analytical recommendation and provide business insights to the management
