**Job Description & Requirements**
**Responsibilities**
- Work at the Digital Built Environment (DBE) Department
- Aim to transform relevant stakeholders towards a fully integrated data-driven mode of operation for our building and infrastructure projects;
- To develop and implement Employer’s Information Requirement (EIR) for the Built Environment projects together with the project team.
- In charge of the issuance of EIR as per project prior to issuance support project team in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation involved in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Assist in helping with the configuration and setting up project environment ‘Handle user-based process query and handholding and clinic sessions if necessary, for each assigned project.
- Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization Ensure that all BIM models are updated and submitted on time
- In charge of updating assigned project’s shared parameters, template file for BOD schedules, and updated model content objects for assigned project as required and store the latest file inside OPTIMUS.
- Practice Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) - use of specific digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning
/ point cloud models, 360 photo platform.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction or Project Management and more than 6 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry, or;
- Diploma in Engineering or Architecture or Construction or Project Management and more than 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction, built environment, or related fields in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery, or;
- Tier 2: Lead from Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by building SMART Singapore or equivalent.
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
