Integrated Digital Delivery Manager

**Job Description
- Aim to transform relevant stakeholders towards a fully integrated data-driven mode of operation for our building and infrastructure projects
- To develop and implement Employer’s Information Requirement (EIR) for the Built Environment projects together with the project team
- In charge of the issuance of EIR as per project prior to issuance support project team in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation involved in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Assist in helping with the configuration and setting up project environment ‘Handle user-based process query and handholding and clinic sessions, if necessary, for each assigned project
- Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization Ensure that all BIM models are updated and submitted on time
- Practice Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) - use of specific digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning/point cloud models, 360 photo platform
- Manage system availability, capacity, incident, problem resolution and asset lifecycle management
**Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction or Project Management and more than 6 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and the built environment industry, or;
- Diploma in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Project Management and more than 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction, built environment, or related fields in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery, or;
- Lead from Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by building SMART Singapore or equivalent
- Well-versed in Singapore’s BIM/ VDC/ IDD requirements and guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM-related software from Autodesk AEC collection including Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in implementing cloud solutions for BIM/ VDC/ IDD, e.g., Autodesk BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Knowledge of visual programming solutions e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc
- Good graphic presentation skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication/ presentation skills
- Able to interact and work with internal and external parties at various levels
