Integrated Digital Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Digital Delivery Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) to drive digital transformation across various projects. As an IDD Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of IDD strategies, managing BIM execution, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
You will work closely with project stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance digital project delivery. Your strong understanding of BIM workflows, 3D/4D/5D modeling, and CDE management will enable you to effectively coordinate digital construction platforms and data systems.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also provide coaching and training to project teams on the effective use of digital construction tools and technologies. Your ability to communicate complex concepts simply and facilitate knowledge transfer will be invaluable in driving adoption and integration of IDD tools and workflows.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in BIM or other IDD-related training is advantageous.
- Prefarable minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Digital Delivery in the construction industry, specifically on building projects.
- Proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro).
- Strong understanding of CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.
