We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to support our risk team and grow our business.
**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery and lifecycle in core banking and treasury requirements, i.e., create/review business/functional specifications, translating them into technical solutions, drive for delivery of the solutions.
- Understand, identify, and negotiate needs and expectations of various stakeholders.
- Managing the external vendors from RFP, vendor onboarding, contract / SOW, to project management, maintenance, etc.
- Jointly determining and carrying out processes, procedures and best practices.
- Liaising between business departments and supporting units.
- Monitor progress and results related to core banking user stories and ensure quality delivery of the solutions within project timeline.
- Involve in delivery of systems interacting core banking system, e.g. treasury management system.
- Ensure adherence to software development, change management, problem management standards and processes that in line with the company’s guidelines.
- Manage team of engineers for inhouse and/or offshore, and/or outsourced implementation vendors, and product vendors.
**Requirements**:
- The individual should possess in-depth experience in working jointly with BU specialist on business and functional requirements.
- At least 10 years’ experience of core banking system Temenos T24.
- Experience in treasury management system delivery
- Experience in accounting and ledger system and integration with general ledger systems.
- Profound knowledge and experience in core banking functionalities, especially customer, accounts, loans and the deposit, payments, accounting and ledger, FX, trade finance, credit limit and collateral, non-stop, etc.
- Experience in integrating Temenos T24 with payment, loan origination, accounting and ledger, collateral and limit, and regulatory reporting systems.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, Business, Finance, or any relevant academic stream.
- Good understanding of MAS regulatory related to critical systems like core banking.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
- Strong analytical skills, process driven, and detail oriented.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
