**Job Description**:
- Perform monthly payroll runs in compliance with statutory requirement.
- Maintain and update payroll data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper documentation are verify for payroll processing.
- Monthly statutory submission of CPF contribution and IR21.
- Yearly statutory submission of IR8A & Appendix 8A File.
- Submission of Maternity/Paternity leave, NS and other statutory claims.
- Ensure ad-hoc reports and Government survey are promptly submitted.
- Handles all staff enquires pertaining to payroll related matters, including leave and benefit administration.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports.
- Attend to Auditor enquires related to payroll matter.
- Administering attendance module and leave module
- Create system accounts for new employees.
- Manage other employee benefits matters - uniform, medical claims, insurance...etc.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma and above with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
- Proficient and updated with statutory requirement / regulation
