Asst Manager, HRbp Regional

**Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact for the retail business in Singapore for all HR related matters
- This is not limited to employee onboarding, payroll, claims and annual leave processes, implementing new HRIS, employer branding etc
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing/checking (30+ HC) + corporate office (abt 20 HC), insurance renewal and office administrative tasks for the Group and retail entities based in Singapore
- Liaison with the Union on all tripartite matters and collective agreement

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and practices
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- **Knowledge of TimesSoft would be an added advantage
