**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:
RSU HRBP supports the Asia-Pacific and Middle East (APME) regional team on strategic business partnering by providing excellent, professional HR advice and support to all functions and teams sitting in the Regional Strategic Unit office. The incumbent will be responsible to support the regional and DRBU teams in ensuring appropriate people, culture and inclusion solutions are delivered within the context of a multi-category (FMC & new categories) business, cultural and organisational priorities for APME region.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The key accountabilities of the RSU HRBP include:
- Contribute to the business planning activities for the Regional team and identify the HR priorities thereby ensuring relevant HR interventions are planned.
- Take responsibility to fully deliver all agreed HR interventions to the function through professional quality execution of HR strategies and processes (i.e.: recruitment & selection, performance management cycle plans, culture initiatives etc)
- Provide guidance, advice and input to key people decisions within the function, in order to maximise team performance, morale and productivity. To act as the main conduit between the Regional team/ functions and the HR function.
- Develop and lead specific HR interventions identified as priorities from the business plan in order to contribute to improved business and organisation performance.
- Take leading role to fully manage employee relationship & engagement in the regional team
- Ensure the management of excellent HR administration and systems to enable effective operational delivery to the business.
- Ensure the key priorities are delivered by setting measures and milestones to ensure things happen as per plan.
- Proactively engage with the APME HRLT on business and functional priorities/issues to ensure the HR Team’s business priorities are always up to date.
- Regularly interface with the functional managers throughout levels to gain insight and understanding to the business/functional priorities, and the related HR requirements from the function.
- As well, act as a business partner, contributing to the development of strategies and solutions as required by the business.
- Work closely with the HR Transformation Managers, Talent & OE Manager and Reward Manager to ensure all HR strategies and programs are developed based on business/ functional needs, by proactively providing input and recommendations on how best to develop strategies and programs for the business.
- Work closely with GBS & Global Mobility teams to ensure timely and smooth employee experience while also supporting improvement in our processes and way of work.
- Continually seek opportunities to proactively contribute to improvement plans and increase efficiency within work stream.
