**1. **Payroll & Tax Reporting**

**Monthly payroll**
- Collate payroll data from all relevant sources & stakeholders and submit instructions to payroll vendor processing
- Every March/April, download Bonus & Salary Increase reports from HR system and process bonus & salary adjustments in payroll (including instructions from Global Mobility team)
- Complete all required payroll checks to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Seek all required internal approvals, respond to any queries and submit fund request for payment processing
- Prepare various reports for stakeholders e.g. accrual reports, quarterly recharges for Finance, monthly payroll reports, payslips for EY & Mobility team etc.
- Submission of statutory requirements, i.e. CPF contribution, government paid leave claims, Income Tax submission (e.g IR21 tax clearance, annual tax filing, etc.)
- Support employees in questions relating to Payroll, admin of comp. & ben. incl. pension, or self-service tools.

**Annual payroll / tax reporting**
- Support Assistant HR Manager in annual tax filing process for employees and assignees. Calculation of equity for tax filing purpose for RSUs and Stock Options to ensure compliance with IRAS guidelines. Provide benefits-in-kind and Equity data to payroll vendor and verify tax forms details.
- Partner with EY Singapore to complete the Global Assignees tax filing process (due by end June every year)
- Gather and provide all data to EY Singapore and assist EY Singapore, Reward Team, Global Mobility team and/or Tax Specialists on any queries re detail of payments.
- Process in payroll the reimbursements of Tax Allowance for employees e.g. Education Benefit taxes borne by Employer, hypo tax/tax equalization deductions/payments etc.

**2. **Employee data maintenance / HRIS**
- Provide support for myHR data maintenance - custodian in the management of employee data, data accuracy and enhancements on HR systems. Responsible for all ongoing data integrity / maintenance
- Support the HR team with in any HRIS implementation / upgrades
- Raise manual tickets for Job Key Creations, Position Creations, Offboarding, Promotions, Salary Changes, etc. as required
- Run ad-hoc reports for Singapore HR team and Regional Reward team as required
- Upload of data onto myHR portal through Case Management tickets, ensuring accurate processing of request raised.
- Extract reports from myHR for Singapore employees (Pringles & Kellogg) and conduct random quality checks
- Assist and guide employees and managers with myHR ESS/MSS transactions, ensuring timely updates

**3. **Compensation and Benefits support**
- Provide administrative support on all benefits inc. invoice processing, employee/dependent updates to IHP/Prudential, etc.
- Support employees on benefit-related queries
- Tracking and management of Service Anniversary process
- Manage the yearly health screening with TTSH and provide monthly updated lists to our TTSH contact
- Long Service Awards tracking and management inc. monthly payroll processing of awards, service pins & certificates.
- Prepare annual reminder communications for Flexible benefits submission in Nov / Dec
- Support Assistant HR Manager in the completion of annual reward & benefit surveys.
- Monitor and manage leave system for employees.

**4. **Mobility**
- Raise job requests as required to Cartus Online & and ensure all forms/details are provided to Cartus.
- Signing, printing and scanning of all EP & IPA and work permit / visa-related forms
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in the management of global mobility matters for all inbound and outbound assignments (including local plus hires) for the AMEA Regional office

**5. **Employee Lifecycle**
- **Onboarding**:Manage new hire administration post offer acceptance (offer letter generation, data collection from new hire, background verification, pre-employment check-ups, coordination with IT/Reception/Facilities (laptop, office pass, new hire gift bags, seating coordination), conduct first day onboarding session etc.)
- **Offboarding / Exit**:Manage offboarding process - obtain and save letter of resignation and send resignation acceptance letter once received
- Raise myHR exit ticket for all employee offboarding
- Ensure employee P-file is updated with all termination-related forms and is moved to ‘terminated’ folder
- Manage exit clearance administration, benefits pro-ration, letter generation, data closure in system, final salary payment, IR21 tax clearance etc)
- Ensure exit process is followed through inc. completing exit clearance with employee on last day
- Administer employee movement process (e.g. Promotions, Salary Adjustments, Position Changes, Entity Transfers etc.). Prepare employee letters and ensure sign off, HR system updates and payroll updates, etc.
- Oversee probation tracking & confirmation - send calendar reminder to HRBP, Assistant HR Manager and line manager 6 weeks before probation is due (refer to template reminder).
