As a Yoga Studio Manager (Sales and Operations), your role and responsibilities will include:
1. Sales Management:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conducting market research to identify potential target markets and create marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to improve revenue generation.

2. Operations Management:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the yoga studio, ensuring smooth functioning of classes, workshops, events, and other activities.
