**Assistant / Studio Manager (Sales)
**Responsible for studio's sales target.**

Studio Manager is expected to maintain a personal sales commitment. This means actively engaging in sales activities and personally contributing to the overall sales goals of the studio. This may involve making sales calls, conducting client meetings, and closing deals.

**Oversee day-to-day operations.**

Ensuring the studio runs efficiently and effectively. Studio Manager is responsible for ensuring the studio runs efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, scheduling staff, and overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio. They will also be responsible for managing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Managing sales team.**

They will oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are effectively selling the studio’s products or services. This may involve conducting sales training, monitoring sales performance, and implementing sales incentives.

Working hours:
Normal Retail Hours (including weekends)

Salary : $2,800 to $4,000

Bonus: Monthly Sales Target Bonus

Commission: Personal Sales Commission

Others: Sales Incentives

Area: Central/West
