**Responsibilities**: As a Business Development Intern, you will play an important role in our team. Your key responsibilities include:

- Handling customer inquiries and understanding their unique requirements
- Utilizing our extensive database to shortlist and match the most suitable tutors to our clients
- Providing administrative support to customers requiring assistance
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Following up on sales leads and contributing to the growth of our client base
- Actively participating in team meetings to discuss workflow and propose improvements What You Can Expect:

- Develop a strategic mindset in business development through hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the field.
- Expertise in fostering and managing client relationships, honing communication and interpersonal skills crucial for effective business development.
- Develop and refine sales and negotiation skills, understanding the art of closing deals and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.

**Requirements**:To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Basic computer/administrative skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Strong team-player mindset, contributing positively to the overall team dynamics
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of our industry
