**Head of Human Resources**

**SUMMARY**:

- Our client is a parent organization within the F&B industry with a number of big brands under its belt. They currently have around 10 outlets around Singapore and are looking towards an aggressive expansion plan of opening 4 others within the next few years. They are currently looking for a Head of HR to onboard into their management team to be leading a team of 4, assisting in the development and execution of strategies alongside their growth plans.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act to support the human component in the business by developing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR problems such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for employment relations and in communication with MOM, overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Handle grievances and violations, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Proper analysis of data using the internal HR metrics and reporting to upper management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 10 years of working experience with 3 years experience managing a team
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Human Resources or related majors
- Proven experience within an F&B-related company would be a strong plus
- Proven experience as Director/Head of HR
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Strong business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
