**THE POSITION**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and Process Customer Sales Orders on time or within 48 hours
- Monitor order status for timely delivery, resolve delivery and lead-time issues
- Reschedule delivery based on customer’s requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-activeness and exercise initiative for work improvement for productivity and efficiency gains
- Analyse customers’ forecasts and ensure reasonable stock is maintained
- Monitoring of unmoved buffer stocks periodically
- Prepare Picklist for store to pack the parts to be delivered
- Prepare Job Orders, DOs and Invoices for the orders to be delivered
- Prepare Authorization to Return of customer goods
- Prepare & Co-ordinate Sample Memos for customers
- Prepare monthly KPI report (Sales value and On-time delivery)
- Assist Supply Chain Manager in the customer allocation for the team

**CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum: Diploma or 3 years’ experience in related field
- Customer service skills, able to handle difficult customers
- Teamwork within team and across departments
- Effective time and stress management
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to use MS office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good command of Mandarin and English (both speak and write due to handle Mandarin speaking customers)
