Job Description:

- Ensure accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate
- Customer’s refund processing
- Process employee claims and expense reimbursements in an efficient and timely manner
- Generates electronic (online) payments to vendors and customers, ensuring payments are authorized and in line with Corporate Policy and processes
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for accounting documents and records
- Data entry
- Monitor company expenditures
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

- IT savvy and proficient with MS Office
- Positive minded, meticulous and independent individual
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounts assistant role

Working Days & Hours:

- Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
