
Finance Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a meticulous and detailed individual with a flair for numbers to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.
We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be Finance Administrator (PA) or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").
Finance Responsibilities include:
/ Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims and account payments.
/ Assisting the financial management team with credit control processes, budget planning, and expense analysis.
/ Preparing and submitting GST and other periodic tax returns
/ Updating bank matters, bank reconciliation and banking of cash and cheque
/ Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
/ Recording changes to staff members' financial information if needed.
/ Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that accounts are accurate and up to date.
/ Completing all finance administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
/ Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required
Administrative Duties include:
/ Ordering office supplies, equipment and updating inventory.
/ Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
/ Managing CEO’s schedule for appointments & meetings
/ Assisting with submission of claims for CEO and Founder as needed
Skills & Requirements:
/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any relevant field
/ Practical experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks), spreadsheets (such as MS Excel), and databases (such as MS Access)
/ Personable team player with strong communication skills
/ Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes
/ A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
/ Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
/ Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess
/ Good organizational and time-management skills
/ High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
