Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with team leads and employees to establish strong work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Promote the transparent, fair and comprehensive performance assessment principles.
- Provide performance management guidance to line managers.
- Provide support to BUs relating to OD, Performance and TD for the effective growth of rapidly expanding function.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Partner with the VP, HR to offer solutions and ensure HR policies are in line with business goals.
- Implement and contribute to global HR projects and improve processes.
- Gate keeper of data accuracy to ensure employees data are handled in an efficient manner.
- Ensure employee communication is handled timely and effectively.
- Works closely with HR Ops to improve onboarding experience and boost employee engagement.
- Other related job tasks as assigned by the leaders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Fluent English language skill is a must.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese languages preferred, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
- Working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation and data consolidation and analysis.
- Capable communication skills and a problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet task deadlines.
- Desired type of professional: detail oriented, organized, self-initiative and collaborative.
