**What a Procurement Operations Manager does at HP**:

- This position will be part of the Supply Chain Material Engineering team, responsible for the Strategic and tactical Purchasing activities in Singapore Ink Operations **based in Tuas ink plant**.
- He/She will be responsible for the end to end Purchasing activities for SIO inks such as the Supplier management, cost reduction program as well as the Operational purchasing.
- Close collaborations are required with the HP partners across PPSC, Israel, US and internal stake holders in SIO to support all purchasing activities.
- Meet assurance of supplies of raw materials for operational needs.
- Proactive inventories management within targets balancing between AOS and inventories costs & buffering.
- Initiate and drive cost reduction/localization initiatives to reduce operating costs.
- Partner with SRO on the supplier’s management - risks mitigations, business continuity, cost management and operations strategies, and contractual risk areas.
- Managing suppliers’ relations and participate in suppliers’ audits from business perspective.
- Support NPI programs / projects implementations when needed, inclusive of materials and supplier setups, as well as establishing the Purchasing business models for any new materials.
- Generate purchasing reports and schedule for management reviews.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- 4-6 years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP (MM Modules).
- Knowledge of data analytics visualization.
- Strong Supplier managements skills, inventories management and analytical skills.
- Effective communication, strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
