**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle merchanting purchasing transactions with members over counter in various payment transaction.
- Provide efficient and customer-focused service for members.
- Attend to customer enquiry and request over the reception counter.
- Greet customers, answer their questions and provide product information or enquiry on products services.
- Handle and process their merchandising orders transaction.
- Assist and offer assistance to their product interest and enquiry.
- Other ad hoc customer service function as assigned and required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min O Level and above
- Min 1-2 years of customer service reception experience with retail or service and fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Bubbly, friendly helpful and approachable personality

**OTHER INFORMATION**
