Sales Support Executive

**Ocean Network Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd**
- Actively enhancing customer experiences and service performance by managing proactive and reactive cases for assigned key accounts.
- Accountable as a service owner with effective coordination and communications with overseas account managers for delegated key account contracts.
- Analyse service performance by leveraging visibility of the data available in the internal system (ONE Force Service Management).
- Provide value-added customer experiences with proactive and valuable feedbacks. Continuously engaging with customers actively to improve service level.
- Assist with rate negotiation for freight enquiries and adopt a pro-active approach for timely changes in contractual terms and filling rates.
- Ability to analyse customer behaviour KPI and service KPI performances and be knowledgeable to prepare reports in accordance to regional requirement.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar field. Applicant with Regional Sales support experience is preferred.
- Possess interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Self-motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient.
