Job Responsibility:

- Manage projects for new cafe outlet
- Determine project's scope and come out with detailed work plan which includes outlet design and workflow
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the cafe outlet, including budgeting, marketing strategies, and staffing plans
- Manage the construction and renovation process of the cafe outlet, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses
- Oversee the hiring and training of staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality ingredients and equipment for the cafe outlet
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the cafe outlet, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the cafe outlet, making adjustments as needed to meet targets and goals
- Lead and manage the project team
- Other ad-hoc duties or project assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant/Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial level
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage staff, build teams, and motivate employees.
- Knowledge of cafe outlet operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
