Occupation Description:
Guerilla Coffee is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-outlet operations, work closely with the Exco, and play a key role in our growth. The successful candidate will have proven operational leadership, strong financial management skills, and hands-on experience in opening and scaling new outlets while building capable, motivated teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership for all outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control (labour, COGS, wastage), revenue performance, and monthly/quarterly reporting to the Exco.
- Lead outlet managers and teams to deliver operational efficiency, service excellence, and full SOP compliance.
- Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement effective training programs.
- Manage operational rhythms including opening, closing, audits, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Oversee opening and setup of new outlets from pre-launch planning to operational handover.
- Build and develop teams to support brand growth and multi-outlet performance.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures set by SFA and the Company
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Maintain personal hygiene and upkeep of cleanliness
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven multi-outlet management experience.
- Demonstrated success in opening and scaling new outlets.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a growing, evolving business environment.
