We are looking for a responsible, dutiful and energetic outlet manager to be part of our family.

In Aroma Coffee, barista is more than just a job. We are always learning, improving and becoming a better version of ourselves. We are on a first name basis with our regulars and know what they love. We help and take care of one another, just like a family.

**As the outlet manager, your daily responsibilities include:
- Ensuring company vision is communicated and get everyone working together towards the same direction.
- Strive to achieve sales targets while respecting budgets during day-to-day operations.
- Assist in hiring new team members and oversee training of new team members.
- Planning and scheduling the roster for full timers and part timers.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to team members and assist the team as required.
- Ensure that the food shop consistently meets cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards, including Back of House areas. (i.e. warehouse, washing area)
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of machine.
- Maintain payroll and attendance records.
- Ensuring that the food and beverage items are being served in compliance with operating procedures.
- Connecting with customers to build a loyal customer base. Handling difficult customers with professionalism and hospitality.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks, managing healthy stock level.
- Cashiering duties.
- Shop opening, closing, or shift handover procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure, and anticipate, react to any changes in the business level.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**What we look for in our outlet managers**:

- **At least 2 years experience working in coffeehouses**:

- Strong sense of responsibility and duty
- Values and provides excellent customer service
- The ability to lead and manage the team
- The passion and ability to train junior employees
