Lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time service crew, baristas and retail associates at the assigned outlet
- Manage the day-to-day store operations at the assigned outlet
- Ensure that all opening and closing duties are performed accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
- Coordinating daily activities such as incoming deliveries and outgoing stock transfers
- Conduct daily housekeeping to ensure that the store is neat, tidy and clean
- Assist the Operations Manager with any administrative duties such as inventory reports and roster planning
- Work with the marketing team to execute in-store campaigns/promotions
- Cross-sell and up-sell F&B/retail products to achieve daily store targets
- Mentor, guide and provide on-the-job training for new hires
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and ensure sufficient stock level at the assigned outlet

**Requirements**:

- Able to do 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a F&B industry
- Experience in coffee making preferred
Good understanding of the various types of coffee range
- Service-oriented
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in written and spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
