**Job Description Digitalisation Program Manager:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for a team of MES Consultants to work on customer problem understanding, requirement gathering, analysis, and solution proposal.
- The team is responsible for solution design, component design, and solution development.
- The team need to conduct system integration test, user acceptance test, and production rollout.
- The team is also responsible for technical documentation preparation.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment.
- Basic knowledge on programming languages C# and.NET.
- Able to understand complex manufacturing business processes and consultation in the field of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) including software development and implementation services.
- Independent, a team player and excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in China Mandarin and Indonesian will be an added advantage.
