**Job Title:** Financial Digitalisation Specialist

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and process improvements. You will lead the planning and execution of finance digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes using tools such as RPA and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of finance digitalisation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes
  • Support in finance process review and identification of inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and deploy integrated workflows that streamline end-to-end business processes
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of digitalisation initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and policies to support system enhancements and governance
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • Good understanding of financial operations and processes
  • Experience in process review, digitalisation, or automation projects
  • Knowledge of finance systems and automation tools
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional project teams
  • Self-driven and proactive in seeking continuous improvement
  • Analytical thinker with good communication skills
