Singapore Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore Pte. Ltd. Full time

We are seeking motivated and passionate person to work as Specialist, Digitalisation at regional HQ of Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore (NSHS). This position will engage business stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of new digitalization capabilities in Nippon Sanso Asia and Oceania (NSA&O) Group Companies.

**Key responsibilities for Digital**
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitalisation across NSA&O Group Companies.
- Seek out and propose new digital initiatives to tackle complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation across NSA&O Group Companies
- Manage end-to-end digital projects, including development of interactive visualizations (PowerBI)
- Contribute to development of Digitalisation Roadmap.
- Strategise, plan and execute curriculum and activities to raise the awareness and competencies of employees in new digitalisation capabilities.
- Draft guidelines and standards related to digitalisation that governs the NSHD Group as a representative of the NSA&O Hub

**Other **responsibilities**
- Support and coordinate engineering projects related to emerging trends.
- Liaise with technical experts and plant/equipment manufacturers to propose feasible solutions to the stakeholders.
- Support in operations data analysis to address operational concerns across the NSA&O Group Companies.
- Support as part of the organizing committee to host regional conferences for members from NSA&O Group Companies.

**General requirements**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience on executing Digitalisation Projects, preferably in the Gas and Chemical Industry.
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant field with > 5 years' relevant experience can be considered.
- Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply
- Willing and able to travel for at least 30 days in a calendar year
- Exhibit strong initiative to take on additional responsibilities
- Able to work independently and result-oriented.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform is a bonus (PowerBI, PowerAutomate)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,400.00 - $5,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
