Architecture Drafter Role Summary:

Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture professionals to join our team in a public agency setting. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.

  • Edit and clean approved building and floor plans across various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM.
  • Ensure CAD and BIM data is accurately cleaned, systematically documented, organised, and filed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to monitor digitalisation progress and ensure timely delivery of data to support implementation and usage.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting building / floor plans, cleaning and documenting CAD and BIM data for efficient use, and contributing to the development and maintenance of project documentation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Architecture or related disciplines, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills, and have proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM data (e.g. Autodesk Revit).
