**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Property Valuation
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies to determine fair market values.
- Market Research
- Analyze economic and demographic factors influencing property values.
- Provide insights into potential impacts on property values and market dynamics.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports with methodologies and findings.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Client Interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific valuation needs.
- Address client inquiries and provide expert advice on property values.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professionalism and transparency.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduates from a recognized University with Real Estate Qualification or equivalent.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and numerically competent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
