Business Valuer Position

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Valuer to join our team. As a Business Valuer, you will be responsible for performing independent valuations of businesses, intellectual property, and financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform valuation analyses for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting, and restructuring.
- Assist in market and industry research, construct and analyse financial models, develop financial models, and draft reports.
- Pitch for new projects, including preparation and presentation of proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and other professionals to provide support for valuation projects.
- Undertake site visits to understand business operations (where required).
- Assist in client sourcing, deal sourcing, and preparation of marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business valuation, corporate advisory, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and financial modeling tools.
About the Role
You will be part of our Singapore office, which is the center of excellence within APAC, and will have the opportunity to work on cross-border assignments within the region.
