Job Title: Senior Property Valuer

A leading valuation company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Property Valuer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation advice to clients across various property sectors.

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior valuer who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality valuation services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, researching market trends, and analyzing data to provide accurate and timely valuation advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections of properties and prepare detailed inspection notes and property condition assessments.
  • Analyze market data and trends to provide informed valuation advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of valuation services.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of market transactions and rental evidence.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field and have a strong analytical and research capability. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
