Position Overview:

Join our dynamic valuation team as a Valuer, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality valuation services across Singapore's diverse property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Support & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with qualified and senior professional valuers to provide timely and accurate valuation advice
• Execute valuation advisory work for all assigned jobs within given timeframes
  Preparation of indicative valuations under supervision

Research & Analysis:

• Collation and analysis of relevant property market information and data in support of valuation reports
• Maintain comprehensive databases of market transactions and rental evidence
  Monitor Singapore property market trends and economic indicators

Project Execution:

• Execution of formal valuation assignments and conduct site inspections of properties
• Prepare detailed inspection notes and property condition assessments
  Draft valuation report sections and supporting documentation

Client Service:

• Service valuation requirements of both external clients as well as internal business units
• Support client presentations and meetings
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadline

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates with passion for property valuation welcome
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
