An exciting opportunity for a **Valuer (Property Tax / Statutory Valuation)** is available in Edmund Tie & Company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full time focus on property tax advisory to our corporate clients
- Manage and advise on their property tax portfolios
- Carry out site inspections and analyst data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose
- Prepare assessment reports
- Liaise and assist in discussions with the assessors in Property Tax Department to resolve the objections and appeal

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Relevant real estate** **working experience
- Experience in property tax assessment/ valuation an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Singapore property market industry
- Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
