Fusion Operations Partner Lead

Fusion Operations is looking for a skilled partner lead to facilitate conversations around fusion, information sharing, intelligence collections, and tactical reporting and monitoring across diverse stakeholders at Global MMC. The Fusion Operations Partner Lead will support Global MMC’s Fusion Operations Integrations Manager in mapping cross-functional partner operations, dependencies and organizational/process maturity. This role will also be tasked with identifying symbiotic workflows between various partners in an attempt to fulfil the goals of both Global Security and partner organizations.

**Required Skills**:
1. Routinely able to identify partner goals and objectives - even when not explicitly stated - by interfacing with leadership and their teams

2. Evaluate existing partnerships and strategically identify opportunities for growth and enhancements

3. Outline goals and identify workflows (with key performance indicators) to reach these objectives

4. Craft, measure, track, optimize and automate (when possible) workflows and integrations with partners

5. Draft and finalize operating models between Global Security and Fusion Center partners covering shared expectations, goals, capabilities, and intent of each participating member

6. Produce high quality reports that highlight Fusion Center impact and deliverables, liaising across partners internally and externally to obtain content

7. Gather customer feedback and complete benchmark studies to support a business case or project investment decision package

8. Drive medium complexity projects from inception to implementation with little oversight

**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in Intelligence, Policy, Outreach, Partnerships, or Security

2. Effective communication skills (oral, written)

3. Experience influencing others, managing relationships, and collaborating

effectively internally and externally

4. Experience with senior-level audiences across multiple verticals

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Security or analytic/intelligence experience, specifically an understanding of risk, intelligence, crisis management & response, and operations centers and models

2. Knowledge about international events, with a focus on real world events and their potential impacts

3. Experience working in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

4. Experience working across and collaborating with distinct company verticals

5. Skilled at project management, with experience managing complex large-scale projects
