- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, from requirement gathering and design to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions leveraging SAP FICO capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Configure and customize the SAP FICO module, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions to enhance financial and controlling processes.
- Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to oversee system integrations, interfaces, and data migration activities.
- Provide functional expertise during testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA is an advantage.
