- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current financial and accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration of financial data
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of SAP FICO-related deliverables, adhering to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years’ experience in SAP FICO
- SAP-accredited certification is a Plus
- Have done at least 5 implementation lifecycles
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong experience in leading a team and project implementation and collaboratively working with off-shore team
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques.
- Ability and willingness to deliver results with an aggressive timeline.
- Specialization in any of the following industries is a big plus
