**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cash Management Consultant.

This role will involve working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring seamless integration with banking and treasury functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement, configure, and support **Oracle Fusion Cloud Cash Management**module.
- Integrate Fusion Cash Management with Oracle Financials (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, etc.).
- Manage bank account configurations, electronic bank statement (EBS) setups, and reconciliation automation.
- Facilitate cash forecasting, positioning, liquidity analysis, and treasury reporting.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design cash management solutions.
- Work with banks and middleware teams to set up secure and automated bank integrations using formats such as BAI2, MT940, CAMT.
- Coordinate and execute functional testing, SIT, and UAT for implementations and enhancements.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, including post-go-live support.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of handson experience with **Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP**, particularly **Cash Management**.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, CE.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting **Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS Cash Management**.
- Knowledge of **bank integrations**, payment file formats (e.g., ISO20022, BAI2, MT940), and reconciliation automation.
- Experience with cash forecasting, cash pools, and treasury operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and interact with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Cloud Financials or Fusion certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**or other middleware for bank file exchange.
- Experience with projects involving global bank connectivity, host-to-host, or SWIFT integration.
- Background in finance, accounting, or treasury operations.
