
Business Development Manager

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
- Ability to generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Must be sales-driven and a fast-moving person
- Actively learn to be proficient in travel-related products, itineraries and online sales system
- Submitting sales funnels timely & achieving monthly/ quarterly sales target
- Fulfils a guideline of sales appointment and telesales per day
- Ability to extend company reach through exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships
- Grows existing accounts and continue to develop new accounts for assigned industry
- Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
- Create/ Follow up reports & forecast after every Sales trip/ Tradeshow or Fam trip.
- Give regular feedback to the Product development team on the performance of products
- Preferably with existing corporate account.
- Work closely with all department to brainstorm and execute new strategies
- A strong business network is a plus (Hotels / Airlines / Corporate)
- Achieve the given target for the period given
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
