**About the Team**
This team works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. They interact directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepare regular marketing activity reports and respond to questions from the sales organization.
Focusing on supporting pre and post-sales activities, this team is responsible for scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and, using the best tools and resources available, managing these projects to completion.
**About the Role**
Working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations peers, the Marketing Automation Manager will build, optimize and run marketing automation programs and projects, including lead flow and data quality initiatives
**Roles/Responsibilities**:
- Work with our Integrated Marketing team to develop marketing automation strategies to support lead and opportunity goals, including continually modifying and adjusting those strategies based on results
- Work with Digital Marketing to identify, evaluate, and implement tools and technology that will enable campaign innovation and improve performance
- Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness on new and existing marketing programs
- Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy and ensure data quality
- Standardize and optimize marketing automation processes and QA procedures to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
- Document processes and communicate improvements to increase the marketing team’s ability to deliver marketing programs efficiently
**About You**
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Marketing Automation experience using Marketo
Other Qualifications:
- Proven Marketo and Salesforce experience with a solid background in supporting sophisticated marketing automation implementations
- Past hands-on experience scaling demand generation programs including nurture and other outbound programs
- Experience operating in an integrated campaign environment that includes PPC, SEO, display, and social ad platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau etc.
- Solid business sense balanced with technical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience a plus
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
