Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation campaigns and personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns and personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation workflows and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus.
