We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Associate Manager, APAC to join our team. This role will primarily serve our Field Marketing team, acting as a marketing automation advisor and business partner.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms and working with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for driving automation improvements, project management, campaign execution, and continuous optimization of campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. The Marketing Operations Associate Manager, APAC will work closely with Sales, RevOps, and other GTM teams to ensure campaign strategies align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive automation improvements and optimize campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign strategies align with broader business objectives
  • Analyze marketing metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms
  • 6+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management position
  • Minimum 1x achievement of the Adobe Certified Expert or Marketo Certified Expert certification within the last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the buyer's journey, marketing attribution, and channel tracking
  • Basic to intermediate experience with HTML and CSS
  • Additional certifications related to digital marketing, project management, or business operations
