Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation expert to join our team. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and integrations between Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud. Additionally, proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder is required. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect is also necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Designing and implementing personalized customer journeys
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus Points
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) are highly valued but not required.
