Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns and personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation campaigns
  • Managing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies
