Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation campaigns and personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Implement personalized customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Work with AMPscript, SQL, and integrations between Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarize yourself with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Familiarity with data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus
