Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Expert to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
