**The Role:
**You will provide centre supervisors leadership to ensure smooth operations at the centres.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide Centre Supervisors leadership to ensure smooth operations at the centres.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO.
- Ensure that all legislative requirements are met.
- Organise inter-centre HQ level events/ activities when necessary.
- Build strong relationship with principals of school-based Student Care Centres.
- Act as centre supervisor when necessary
- Review parental feedback, investigate the problem and initiate action to rectify problems.
- Coordinate marketing of centres and their programmes
- Responsible for strategic planning for SCC business.
- Review and evaluate the potential of new SCC in specific location or school.
- Review centres’ financial budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and/or Degree in related discipline.
- At least 4 years experience at supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with various age groups.
- Patient and has a passion and love for teaching children.
- An innovative team player that is dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and results oriented with the determination to succeed.
- PC literate
